We keep all guest information and with the irregular information you have provided in this review it should be very easy to locate your folio. I have reviewed all reservation checking in on Tuesday in our system and no where can we find a $12.50 charge for a room deposit on a folio. I can’t tell you how shocked and out of the norm you review is. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort you may have experienced during you stay with us.
